30 years accompanying international transport
This 2025 we celebrated our 30th anniversary at OnTurtle, and we did it the way we know best: surrounded by partners, friends and industry professionals at the #AfterSIL by OnTurtle event, now in its fourth edition.
Yesterday about a hundred of us professionals gathered together in Barcelona to commemorate what for us is a special milestone.
Every year we organise this exclusive ‘afterwork’ within the framework of the SIL Barcelona trade fair, an essential meeting point for the logistics, transport, intralogistics and supply chain sectors. And what began as an informal initiative has now become an almost obligatory event for the sector.

An event to celebrate, connect and innovate
The #AfterSIL 2025 was a perfect opportunity to meet again in a more relaxed atmosphere, generate new synergies and share ideas that help us in continuing to innovate in the international transport and logistics sector.
This year, moreover, the event had a special meaning: we blew out the candles on our 30th anniversary, proud of all that we have achieved together.
From La Jonquera to Europe
Our history began in 1995 in La Jonquera, where we opened the first exclusive service area for hauliers in Spain. Situated in a strategic location for freight mobility in Europe, we are still very proud of this station: with more than 30,000m² dedicated to professional drivers, it has established itself as a hub for the sector. Our truck park in La Jonquera has also been twice awarded as the best parking area for trucks in Europe by ESPORG, the European Secure Parking Organization.
Today, three decades later, OnTurtle offers an international network of more than 1,800 service stations in 11 European countries. A network that is constantly growing and which also integrates alternative energies, such as Bio LNG or HVO, in line with our commitment to more sustainable transport on the road.
In addition, we also offer our customers a catalogue of tailor-made services. We accompany you before, during and after your route, offering 360º solutions to make your work more efficient, safer and more comfortable.
Security and innovation: our pillars
Safety on the road has been one of our main focal points since our inception. We currently manage a network of secure truck parks with over 500 spaces across Europe, many of which are available for pre-booking online, bringing peace of mind and organisation to route planning.
In addition, we continue to focus on the development of technological solutions such as Control Go, a system that prevents fraud at refuelling stations thanks to real-time geolocation verification and three levels of checking (truck, service station and fuel card). A tool designed to improve the control and operational efficiency of fleets.
We look to the future with the same passion as in 1995.
As our CEO, Marta Fàbregas, explained during her speech at #AfterSIL 2025: “OnTurtle’s aim is to continue to grow in order to support our customers with everything they need before, during and after their international travels”.
Our 30th anniversary is not only a celebration of the past, but also a statement of intent: we will continue to focus on innovation, sustainability and service excellence so we remain the trusted partner of professional transport in Europe.
