At OnTurtle, we continue to grow in dedication and service year after year. In 2024, we’ve enhanced our route coverage for clients with over 100 new service stations across Europe. In total, we now have over 1,800 stations, with a special focus on biofuel supply.
An International Network with Over 1,800 Service Stations
Transport is a sector that demands continuous attention. At OnTurtle, we are fully aware that needs evolve over time, and we work to deliver services that adapt to new market demands. This dedication has resulted in an extensive international network of service stations designed to fully support our clients’ international routes.
In 2024, we continued our growth with the addition of over 100 new supply points. Currently, we operate 1,809 service stations in 11 European countries, 70 of which provide biofuel refueling options.
HVO: A Growing Demand in the Sector
This year, we have heavily invested in expanding our alternative energy network, particularly with HVO. “In the midst of the sector’s transition towards decarbonization, our responsibility is to facilitate this shift for our clients by offering a refueling network with more sustainable energy alternatives,” explains Marta Fàbregas, CEO of OnTurtle.
“HVO is emerging as a highly promising option in the sector because it’s compatible with diesel engines, meaning fleet replacement isn’t required,” adds Fàbregas. This technology can reduce CO2 emissions by up to 90% and has a low sulfur content. In this article, we delve into the advantages of refueling with HVO.
In 2024, OnTurtle has tripled the number of stations in its HVO network, expanding from 22 to 71 supply points across six European countries: Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Belgium.
LNG: A Solid Network with Over 150 Stations
OnTurtle is also committed to strengthening its LNG network across Europe for its clients. As of 2024, we now offer 154 LNG stations strategically located across Spain, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, and Germany.
“There’s no single technology that can globally ensure emissions reduction in professional transport. That’s why our goal is to offer various supply options to our clients, alongside diesel. In this regard, we remain firm believers in LNG,” explains Fàbregas.
2025 Goal: Continuing to Grow in Our 30th Anniversary Year
Our network of service stations began in 1995 in La Jonquera, with the first OnTurtle service area exclusively for transporters. Today, it encompasses 30,000 square meters dedicated to professional drivers and serves as a key reference point for the sector, located in one of the most strategic hubs for freight mobility in Europe.
“2025 marks our 30th anniversary, and we aim to begin this milestone year in the best way we know: by continuing to grow and supporting our clients with everything they need before, during, and after their international routes,” concludes the CEO of OnTurtle.
